Returns & Exchange Policy
We hope that you love your new home decor pieces! If you change you mind, don't worry. You may return your items within 14 days. Please send us an email to initiate the return process to email@example.com.
We are not responsible for products damaged during shipping when returned back to us. You will be responsible for shipping costs unless there is a mistake on our part. Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.
Rest assured knowing that we will take care of any mistake that we make. We carefully inspect every product before they are boxed and shipped. Rarely will a product will arrive damaged or defective.
If you received a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 5 days of the arrival of your product. We ask that you take of picture of the damage and include a description of what the issue is. Please send damage/defective product notices to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll send you out a replacement product as soon as possible after we have verified the product is damaged/defective.
